Shipping & Return Policy
We are available Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST via email or the "Contact Us" page to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your order. We will get back to you within 2 business days. (Regrettably, we do not have a customer phone line at this time.)
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of online orders. Any orders placed after 10 AM EST will be shipped the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout.
During peak holiday times, please allow an extra business day for tracking information to be transmitted and shipment to be made. Only merchandise purchased from us.mamonde.com can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. The merchandise must be in the original packaging unopened and unused for returns. If the merchandise was defective or damaged during shipment, you will receive a refund for the returned item via the original method of payment once photo of the damage item is submitted via email. Please note Mamonde offers complimentary standard shipping with orders of $50 and above at this time. Any return shipping fees are at the customer's expense and are non-refundable.
How to Return
If you wish to return an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be provided with a return form that must be completed and RMA number to fulfill your request. Use the original packaging, if possible. Please include the return form and item(s) to be returned and seal the package securely with tape. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Remove any other labels from the package. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records. MAMONDE and AMOREPACIFIC are not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received. We will refund the purchase price for the item(s) plus any tax paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return request.
